the resort is divided into two areas
1.The reserved Picnic zone.
2. The Cottage zone
Reserved Picnic is confined to the reserved Picnic zoneand the Cottage area shall remain free for the other Guest & Visitor,Unless all the 10 AC-Non AC cottages
are booked by the same Picnickers.

with 1 AC and 1 Non-AC cottage .
Tariff: TK 65000.00 (for holidays)
(non holiday discount is 25%.)
2. Educational Institute Picnic
We rent the Picnic Zone
with two Non-A/C cottage.
Tariff- Tk 35,000.00
(non holiday discount is 25%.)
Extra A/C or Non-A/C cottages
are available on usual tariff.
We provide picnic catering service for set menu
or on your choice .Price reasonable.
We arrange all decorating materials
including chairs,plates glasses etc.
We provide Chafe of high standard.

Booking & Refund Policy
1.Full payment is to be made at the time of booking the Picnic.
2.If the booking is canceled before 15 days of the scheduled date,
10% service charge will be deducted.
3.No refund after 15 days ,but date may be shifted to if available.
4.Refund is possible if the canceled date could be
sold by the resort authority or by the party.
We are sorry for not being able
to refund after 15 days

Small family group
of 10/15 persons
may enjoy family picnic
on 7 day a week to sit anywhere
within the resort premises.
(Except on the day of reserved picnic,when the
family group will be confined to
resort front square area only.)
